Once you sign up and register in our database, your account will be included in our invitation algorithm. Just a heads up, this doesn’t mean you’ll get invitations right away or on a regular basis.
You’ll receive an email invitation with a link to participate only when a test matches your profile. If there aren’t any active tests that fit your demographic details, you won’t receive invitations at that time. This applies to all invitations.
Keep in mind that the frequency of invitations can really vary. They are sent based on the unique needs of each test and the random selection from our big pool of testers. So, we can’t predict, influence, or guarantee how often, when, or how many test invites you’ll get.
We totally understand that waiting can be a bit frustrating, but it’s important to know that our process is designed to be fair, random, and unbiased, giving everyone an equal chance to participate. This is pretty common in the UX industry.
Also, please remember that sending multiple requests for more tests won’t increase the number of invitations you receive since the invitation process is completely random and depends on the specific needs of ongoing projects.
