Paddy O’Shaughnessy is a Senior User Researcher at Dentsu. He has a Master’s Degree in Innovation where he developed his skills in user research. Paddy is an advocate of user centred design and believes that the user should always be at the core of any website/product or process. Paddy has seen the advancement of technology on the modern-day researcher and is excited to see how the latest wave of tools will impact user research.
